In TolaData, you can import data directly from common data collection tools, like ONA, KoBo Toolbox and cloud storage platforms, like Google Sheets, OneDrive and SharePoint, or from any other digital data source by exporting or converting your data into CSV or Excel format and then importing it into TolaData. TolaData also connects via API to SurveyCTO and Aam Digital.
First, navigate to the Data tables section and click ‘Import table.’
Then, select a source you want to import from.

Keeping data up to date
When your source data changes, you can re-import an Excel or CSV file to update an existing data table. To have indicator results update automatically from re-imported Excel files, TolaData forms, Aam Digital or KoBoToolbox, set up Auto-pull.
