When you are logged in to TolaData, you can get help without leaving the platform:
- Guides: click the Guides button at the bottom left of the screen to open the integrated product tour, with self-paced guided tours of the main features and tutorial videos.
- Help: click the Help button at the bottom left of the screen to chat with our customer support team.
- Email: write to support@toladata.com.
