Once your indicators are set up, you can add results to them. Open Indicators, click the name of an indicator and select the Collected data tab. Click Add new collected data.
There are three ways to add results to an indicator:
- Manual entry: type in the result.
- Pull from data table: calculate the result from a dataset in the Data tables section.
- Auto-pull: set up a calculation once and let TolaData pull new results automatically. See Automating Results with Auto-pull.
If your organisation uses approval workflows for collected data, a result only counts towards the target once it has been approved. See Collected Data Approval Workflows.
