To give other users access to a TolaData program you have created, you can add them as team members to that program. Begin by clicking on the ‘Program’ tab on the navigation bar. Next, click on the program you have created, this will bring you to a page where you can see basic program info.
Once here, click on the ‘Team’ section, followed by the ‘Add existing team member.’ Start adding relevant members from the drop down menu. Please remember that only the organisation members who have joined TolaData will appear in the drop down menu. The members you add to a specific program will have access to all the data of that program, but you can set their level of access by changing their role.
