The Role: Engagement Manager
The Engagement Manager is responsible for:
- Managing client accounts, including contractual and administrative aspects
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Implementing digital transformation projects
- Supporting international clients in the International Development sector
- Rolling out a digital monitoring tool
- Delivering software trainings to ensure effective adoption and ongoing use
Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Is motivated to work in a value-driven social enterprise with an innovative digital approach
- Has strong digital literacy and communication skills
- Is self-guided, reliable, and quick to learn
- Is fluent in English and speaks at least one additional language: French, Spanish, Arabic
- Has experience in MEL / M&E / MEA
- Has worked with digital monitoring and/or data collection tools
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the international development sector, NGOs, foundations and philanthropies, as well as we public sector organizations
- Has experience implementing digital projects and project management experience
- Is a sophisticated yet responsible user of AI tools
Nice to Have
- Sensitivity to cross-cultural communication
- Start-up experience
- Coding or data science skills
- Experience in conducting trainings
