What we collect and why
If you opt in, we collect your email address (required) and, optionally, your first name and last name. We use these solely to send you news, updates and general communications from TolaData by email.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is given through a double opt-in: after you sign up, we email you a confirmation link, and you are added only once you click it.
Processor
Our emails are sent using Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH), which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement.
Proof of consent
To document your consent, we store the date, time and IP address of your sign-up and of your confirmation.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by contacting us at info@toladata.com.
