The discussion feature lets your team hold conversations in TolaData, right next to the data being discussed.
Where you can start a discussion
- On an individual collected data item
- On an indicator
- On the indicator list
- On the whole workspace
Mentioning colleagues
Type @ followed by a colleague’s name to mention them in a comment. They receive an email notification with a direct link to the comment and can reply in the thread.
Discussions are also used to handle requested changes in collected data approvals and duplication tracking.
