Report templates let TolaData produce fully formatted reports, not just raw data exports.
How templates work
Your organisation’s report layout, including headings, static text, branding and narrative structure, is turned into a template once. The template marks where TolaData should insert live content, such as:
- the reporting period
- indicator results
- narrative fields
When a report is generated, this content is filled in automatically with current data. You get a consistent, professional format every time, without assembling recurring reports by hand.
